Because of the extreme stress we live with, and the additional stresses of relationship turmoil, we hold individual sessions with each party, as well as "integration sessions" with the three of us together.
The most frequent use of this package is for romantic couples, but I also serve family members, siblings, business partners and co-workers.
We use principles of:
- Forgiveness
- Anger resolution (not management)
- Love expression (when applicable)
- Attachment styles
and others, as needed.
Our theme comes to mind often in this process, as we are reminded that we are together for a reason, for a purpose.
